Brief Description of Campaign

It is a campaign held by Continental to show appreciation for the support of Continental’s customers (“Participant”).

 

When the Participant purchases at least two (2) pieces of Continental, Dunlop & Viking branded tyres of 15” and above for PLT (in a single receipt), from participating retail dealers in a single transaction; and (ii) at the dealer retail price without any offer, discount, promotion, or rebate, the Participant will get the opportunity to redeem Touch ‘n Go e-wallet voucher  from Continental (“Prize”).

Only purchases made from participating retail dealers’ physical store or Continental’s official online store at Shopee (https://shopee.com.my/continental.os) or Lazada (https://www.lazada.com.my/shop/continental-tyres-official-store/), are eligible for participation in this Campaign. Redemption is only eligible when consumers purchase 4 units in a single official printed receipt and submit via Conti TCP app.

Campaign Mechanism

1.    The Prize that the Participant can redeem from Continental will as per the table below and subject to stock availability:-

2.    Redemption is to be made by scanning the QR code available at the participating dealers. The Participant will need to download Conti TCP app, fill in the details and upload a clear copy of the official printed receipt showing the purchase made from 23 August onwards, as proof of purchase. 

 

3.    The Participant is responsible to ensure that all the required details are provided, correct, and accurate. Continental has the right to reject redemption due to incomplete, inaccurate, and/or wrong information, duplicate redemption, and/or damaged, torn, unclear copy of the official printed receipt or stocks deplete.

 

4.    If the Participant’s purchase entitles the Participant to more than one (1) option of the merchandise, by default, the merchandise of the higher value will be chosen, while stocks last. 

5.    Continental reserves the right to replace the merchandise with another prize if the intended merchandise runs out of stock.

6.   The verification process will take up to seven (7) working days.

 

7.   If the redemption is approved, the Participant will receive the merchandise within 30 working days from the date of approval.

Eligibility

The Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia residing in Malaysia and aged 18 or above during the Campaign Period except the following persons who are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:-

 

(a)      sales personnel, dealers, fleets, OEM customers, and/or other commercial entities and/or returned merchandise; and

 

(b)      purchasers of commercial transport tyres such as trucks, buses or vans.

 

 

B.               General

 

1.            The Participant is required to read, understand, and accept the Contest/Campaign Standard Terms and Conditions (“Standard Terms”) found in our website at www.continental-tires.com/my/en. This Specific Terms shall be incorporated and form part of the Standard Terms (collectively, “Campaign Terms”).

 

2.            The Participant is hereby notified that the personal data provided to Continental will be processed by Continental pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Continental will process the personal data, including any additional information the Participant may subsequently provide to Continental, for the purposes of contacting or communicating with the Participant, marketing purpose, to respond to the Participant’s submissions, requests, inquiries or complaints, to request feedback from the Participant, administer the Participant’s participation in the Campaign, conduct internal activities, market surveys and trend analysis, and other legitimate business activities of Continental (“Purposes”). It is necessary that the Participant supplies Continental the personal details as required under the Campaign and by providing the personal data to Continental, it shall be deemed that the Participant consents to the processing of the personal data for the Purposes. 3.            Entry and participation in the Campaign shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Participant of the Campaign Terms including any amendments or variations to it and unequivocally accept the same in their entirety.

 

4.            If the Participant is not agreeable to the Campaign Terms and do not consent to the processing of personal data, please do not participate in the Campaign.
