With a share of up to 60%* renewable, recycled and mass balance certified materials, the Conti Urban HA 5 NXT sets a new benchmark in combining environmental responsibility with safety and performance.
Less CO₂ emissions.
The Conti Urban HA 5 NXT offers a 25% improvement in rolling resistance**. This results in lower CO₂ emissions for combustion-powered buses as well as increased range and operational time for electric vehicles.
Special noise optimisation.
While it already qualifies for an EU Tire Label A-rating in noise reduction, we have made the Conti Urban HA 5 NXT even quieter. Its optimised tread pattern design spreads tire noise over a wider frequency range, thereby reducing peak noise emissions. This improves subjective noise perception.
