• The contest will be applicable to end consumers who will participate from February 11, 2025, to February 14th, 2025, on the social media platforms of Continental India Private Limited.

• Participants must share their most memorable road trips or journeys with their loved ones. "Loved ones" refer to family members, friends, partners, or any companions who accompanied them on their journey.
• The contest will consist of 1 post, with participants required to post their images anytime between February 11th, 2025, and February 14th, 2025. Entries must be submitted within this time frame.
• Winners will be selected randomly using a randomizer tool, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process.
• The randomizer tool is an automated system that assigns unique identifiers to all valid entries and then selects winners through a randomised draw. This eliminates any human bias in the selection process.
• Any entries received after February 14th, 2025 will be considered invalid.
• Please note that social media accounts created from the February 11th, 2025 until February 14th, 2025 will not be considered for participation and will be disqualified.
• The maximum number of entries per participant is 1.
• Prizes will be distributed within 30 days after the winners are announced. This means winners can expect to receive their prizes by March 25, 2025.
• Contest prize winners will be notified of the contest result by SMS on a number or e-mail shared by end consumers on social media (winners must therefore ‘follow’ our social media accounts to be contacted about the prizes).
• By participating in the contest, the end consumer will be agreeing that the data shared by him/her can be utilized for winner selection purposes by Continental Tires India.
• This contest shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India and further any dispute arising out of this contest shall be governed and constructed under Indian laws and shall have the jurisdiction at the courts at Faridabad, Haryana only.
• CIPL reserves the right to change or amend or modify the contest due to any reason or no reason from time to time without any prior notice and the consumer confirms that he has no objection to the same.
• Continental India Private Limited “CIPL” reserves the right to make any modification, change, addition, and deletion in the contest and further also reserves the right to withdraw this contest at any point in time and the consumer confirms that they have no objection in this regard to the Company
