Conti Hot Summer Offer

  1. This offer is strictly meant only for end consumer. For the sake of clarity, the dealer/retailer can only be a facilitator under this scheme.
  2. This offer is valid only for purchases for the period commencing from 1st May 2025 and will expire on 15th  June 2025 (both dates inclusive)..
  3. This offer is applicable only on purchase of multiple of two(2) car tyres
  4. Upon the purchase of two (2) Car tyres, consumers shall be entitled to receive an Amazon e-Voucher(Rs-200/-) for 13” and 14” tyres, a Coffee Mug for 15” tyres, and a Smart Watch for 16” and above tyres.
  5. Consumers shall be entitled to receive either Amazon e-vouchers or gift items, based on tyre size, upon the purchase of multiples of two (2) tyres.
  6. In order to be eligible to receive Amazon e-voucher or Gift items, the End Consumer shall comply with the following terms and conditions:
    1. End consumer has to mandatorily purchase a set of two (2) OR four (4) Car Tyres of same rim size for one (1) vehicle registration number.
    2. It is hereby clarified that an end consumer can avail this offer only once per phone number and registration of vehicle on the same phone no, during this scheme period.
    3. Warranty Registration: End consumer shall mandatorily register such purchase of Car Tyres for warranty registration on latest version of TCP App and fill the required information including but not limited Car Tyre details, address etc., to avail the offer. It is hereby clarified that in absence of requisite information in TCP app, the consumer will not be eligible to claim any kind of gift/benefit under this scheme.
    4. TCP App download: End consumer must download the TCP app and enter their shipping address, in order to be eligible for physical gifts (viz., Coffee Mug & Watch). If a consumer fails to do so, they will not be eligible for the gift item. The condition under this sub-clause is applicable only on Car Tyre size 15” & above. Post successful compliance/execution of all steps/terms & condition under this scheme, the End consumer, if eligible, shall receive the gift within 15 days after successful registration.
  7. End consumer shall ensure that only his/her own mobile number as an end consumer is registered on TCP App upon which the consumer will receive Amazon e-voucher/Gift Item. In case of any discrepancy or default in complying with the condition, the End consumer shall not be eligible for any gift/benefit.
  8. End consumer will receive OTP on the mobile number provided on the TCP App and upon submission of the OTP successful, registration on the TCP App will be confirmed and automatically Amazon e-voucher will be messaged to the end consumer on the same mobile number within 96 hours on the purchase of 13” and 14” Car Tyre.
  9. Any disputes arising out of this Scheme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws and shall have the exclusive jurisdiction at the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
  10. The Company reserves the right to make any modification/ alteration in the scheme without any prior notice.
  11. End consumer hereby agree and confirms that while participating in this scheme, they have understood all the terms and conditions mentioned in this scheme and shall comply with the same without seeking any deviation/ exception.
