TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For Rest of India (Excluding Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry) Regions.

1. The offer is available for End Consumers only. The Dealer will act solely as a facilitator to extend the required support.
2. The offer is valid for the Purchase of Tyre made during the period commencing from 01.10.2025 till 30.11.2025 (both dates inclusive).
3. End Consumer must purchase a set of four (4) Car Tyres of the same rim size for one (1) vehicle registration number to be eligible to receive cashback or to qualify for the Lucky Draw. For the sake of clarity, Consumer to be eligible for Lucky Draw must purchase a minimum no of 4 Tyres of 16 Inch and above.
4. An end consumer can avail this offer only once during the campaign period, using a single mobile number. The Purchase of 4 Tyres must be registered on the TCP Application using the same mobile number which will be considered as unique no for eligible Participation. Further, only one registration per mobile number on the TCP app will be considered as one eligible participation.
5. It is mandatory for the end consumer to register the tyre purchase for warranty using the latest version of the TCP app.
6. The registration on the TCP app must be completed immediately after the purchase to avail the offer during the period starting from 01.10.2025 till 30.11.2025 (both dates inclusive).
7. The end consumer must register using their own mobile number on the TCP app. If this number is not UPI-enabled, a different UPI-linked mobile number may be provided for cashback. Only one cashback is allowed per mobile number and once per registration.
8. The End Consumer will receive an OTP on the mobile number provided during registration of Purchase of 4 Tyres on the TCP app. Upon successful OTP verification, the registration will be confirmed, and an SMS containing a unique code and URL will be sent. The Customer must visit the URL and submit their UPI ID along with other required details to receive the cashback.
9. The same unique code used for cashback redemption will also be available in the Coupon Centre section of the TCP app for future reference.
10. Cashback will be initiated only if valid UPI details are provided and should reflect within 48–96 hours from successful submission.
11. Cashback values applicable for eligible purchases in Rest of India (excluding Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry) are INR 200, INR 500, INR 750, INR 1000, and INR 5000 respectively. Each valid registration on the TCP app will receive one of the above-mentioned cashback amounts. For the sake of clarity, only one cashback having any of the above-mentioned amount will be credited to the eligible consumer per registration.
12. In case a dealer or end consumer reports that a barcode used for registration on the TCP app has already been registered during or after the campaign period, the Company reserves the right to investigate the claim and if found that the barcode was registered unethically by a dealer to claim rewards, the Company will take strict action against the concerned person including but not limited to recovery of the equivalent reward value—whether cashback or lucky draw winnings—through a debit note issued to the concerned dealer.
13. This scheme is not applicable for online purchases, purchases from any unauthorised dealer. In case of any doubtful situation, the onus to proof the Purchase through authorised Dealer is the responsibility of end consumer to the satisfaction of Company.
14. Lucky draw winners will be selected weekly through a randomizer run by the campaign team every Tuesday, based on valid entries received during the previous 7 days. In case Tuesday is a holiday, the draw will be conducted on the next working day.
15. Lucky draw rewards include an iPhone 16 (128 GB), Samsung smartphones, and Adidas Continental Shoes. It is hereby clarified that the reward to be given to successful Lucky draw winners are non-refundable and non-replaceable under any scenario. All such queries must be raised within the program period or within the time frame specified by the organizers. The decision of the organizers regarding the resolution of such queries shall be final and binding.
20.
