TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The offer is available for End Consumers only. The Dealer will act solely as a facilitator to extend the required support.
- The offer is valid for the Purchase of Tyre made during the period commencing from 1st May 2026 till 31st May 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- End Consumer must purchase a set of four (4) Car Tyres of the same rim size for one (1) vehicle registration number to be eligible to receive cashback or to qualify for the premium gifts. For the sake of clarity, the consumer will be eligible for premium gifts only on the purchase of a minimum number of 4 Tyres of 16 Inch and above rim size.
- An end consumer can avail this offer only once during the campaign period, using a single mobile number. The purchase of 4 Tyres must be registered on the TCP Application using the same mobile number which will be considered as a unique number for eligible participation. Further, only one registration per mobile number on the TCP app will be considered as one eligible participation.
- It is mandatory for the end consumer to register the tyre purchase for warranty using the latest version of the TCP app.
- The registration on the TCP app must be completed immediately after the purchase to avail the offer during the period starting from 1st May 2026 till 31st May 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- The end consumer must register using their own mobile number on the TCP app. Only one cashback is allowed per mobile number and per registration.
- The End Consumer will receive an OTP on the mobile number provided during registration of purchase of 4 Tyres on the TCP app. Upon successful OTP verification, the registration will be confirmed, and an SMS containing a URL will be sent. The Customer must visit the URL and submit their UPI ID linked mobile number along with other required details to receive the cashback.
- Cashback will be initiated only if valid UPI linked mobile number details are provided and should reflect within 92 working hours from successful submission and validation of registration.
- Cashback values applicable for eligible purchases is Rs 500. Each valid registration on the TCP app will receive assured cashback of Rs. 500, subject to successful validation of registration entry. For the sake of clarity, only one cashback will be credited to the eligible consumer per registration.
- In case a dealer or end consumer reports that a barcode used for registration on the TCP app has already been registered during or after the campaign period, the Company reserves the right to investigate the claim and if found that the barcode was registered unethically by a dealer to claim rewards, the Company will take strict action against the concerned person including but not limited to recovery of the equivalent reward value—whether cashback or premium gift winnings—through a debit note issued to the concerned dealer.
- This scheme is not applicable for online purchases, purchases made through car dealer channels, or purchases from any unauthorised dealer. In case of any doubtful situation, the onus to prove the Purchase through authorised Dealer is the responsibility of end consumer to the satisfaction of Company.
- Organizers’ employees, their family members, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, dealers and any other channel partners, including their employees are not eligible to participate in the promo. Entries received from any of the foregoing ineligible participants shall be liable to be rejected by the Organizers at any stage of the scheme.
- Premium gift winners (Customers who buy tyres of 16 inches & above) will be chosen every week based on the fastest and highest runs scored, as shown in the grid below*. Each week will include all valid entries received during the period mentioned in the grid. If the winner announcement date falls on a holiday, it will be announced on the next working day.
- Premium rewards under this offer include an iPhone, Samsung smartphone, Mokobara trolley, and Noise smartwatch. All trademarks and intellectual property rights in the rewards belong to their respective brand owners, and Continental makes no claim to such rights. The rewards provided to successful winners are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable under any circumstances. By participating in this scheme, the consumer agrees to and accepts these terms.
- Each registration at TCP app, identified by a unique mobile number is eligible to participate in the campaign only once during the program period. Multiple entries or redemptions associated with the same mobile number or registration will not be accepted and may result in disqualification from the program.
- The Premium Gift winner will be contacted by agency for KYC via link or call or both for the collection of address. Post successful collection and validation of entries, all eligible customers will get their rewards at their valid and correct address shared during KYC.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided by them, including contact details, mobile number, address, and any other required information, is accurate, complete, and up to date. By participating in this campaign, the consumer expressly consents to the collection, access, use, storage, and processing of their personal data by Continental and its authorized partners solely for the purposes of administering this campaign, in accordance with applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- If a participant does not receive their cashback or reward or has any other queries related to the program, they are required to contact the support team via email at customercare@4mm.co.in or call at 9511948588. All such queries must be raised within the program period or within the time frame specified by the organizers. The decision of the organizers regarding the resolution of such queries shall be final and binding.
- All registrations, redemptions, and program information must be accessed exclusively at www.playashotwinalot.theofferclub.in
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign Scheme shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Faridabad; Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such matter
SOW to Participate:
The eligible Consumer will receive microsite link on the registered mobile number provided during registration of purchase of 4 Tyres on the TCP app. The customer must visit the campaign URL and submit their UPI ID linked mobile number along with other required details to receive the reward.

h. Now the Participant shall be eligible to play the cricket game and win:

i. Please note that for all entries and/or details submitted by the participant, the agency shall have the right to validate the same. Upon successful validation, the participant shall be entitled to receive the cashback within 92 working hours on the Participant’s registered UPI ID linked mobile number.
24. Reward:

b. The prize shall be given subject to the weekly winner satisfying the verification process of Continental and / or the Agency.
c. The Weekly Winner will be shortlisted based on valid registration, invoice, run score and timing. A valid invoice means an invoice matching the criteria below
a. It should be same as on TCP & microsite data.
b. The date on the invoice is the date between and during the offer period.
c. It contains the Tyre RIM size clearly.
d. It contains the name and mobile number of the customer.
e. The invoice so uploaded shall be clear, readable and in English language.
25. Contacting Winners:
i. Once the Weekly Winners for Premium Phone, Smartphone, Trolly and Smartwatches are shortlisted, he/she will need to submit their KYC (Aadhar Card and Pan Card) and Address within fifteen (15) days of such declaration. The shortlisted Weekly Winner will be contacted by the Agency for KYC verification/address via link or call or both. This shortlisting shall, however, in no manner entitle the shortlisted Weekly Winner to receive the Prize. The Weekly Winner shall only receive the Prize upon completion of the KYC/validation at the sole discretion of Continental or Agency.
ii. Continental expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Weekly Winner for any reason it deems necessary.
iii. In the event a Weekly Winner cannot be contacted after three (3) contact attempts made at different intervals, the winner’s claim to the prize shall stand forfeited. In such circumstances, Continental or its authorized agency may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate Weekly Winner or may choose not to award the prize. The decision of Continental or its authorized agency regarding forfeiture of the prize or selection of an alternate Weekly Winner shall be final and binding on all participants.
iv. Only upon successful completion of verification, Prize shall be awarded to the Winner(s).
v. If delivery of prizes involves courier or postal services, such delivery shall be subject to the serviceability of the courier service and any guidelines established by relevant authorities
vi. Physical Rewards cannot be returned/ exchanged unless it is delivered damaged. In case the product delivered to you is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the Product with image and video of damage, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by the customer.
vii. Agency will do an address specific dispatch of Physical Products. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the correct address is updated and concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are kept informed. Agency will not be responsible for non-receipt of redeemed items on account of deliveries made to any other person at the registered address other than the customer. No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India or to un-serviceable Pin codes or incorrect/incomplete addresses.
viii. Physical rewards will be delivered to the winner within 120 working days depending on the pin code. In case of unforeseen delays an SMS notification will be sent.
ix. Participants understand that prizes are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or suitability for any particular purpose.
x. General warranty and guarantee of manufacturer will be applicable as per Manufacturer’s Policy. Continental or Its Agency shall not be responsible for anything arising out of or incidental to the Warranty & Guarantee of Manufacturer.
xi. No change in colour, brand etc. will be entertained once the Product (Reward) is delivered.
xii. If the Product is Returned to Origin (RTO) due any reasons: Incomplete Address, Wrong Address, Wrong Pin code, Consignee is not available, customer refuses to receive, will not be attempted and will be considered as forfeited.
26. Announcement of Weekly Winner(s)*
i. The list of shortlisted Weekly Winner(s) shall be announced as per the schedule given below. The shortlisted Weekly Winner(s) shall be notified via SMS/Call and made available on the Microsite.

27. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
i. By participating in this Offer, the Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these T&Cs available on the Microsite as well as the decisions of Continental, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Offer.
ii. Continental / Agency reserves the right to exclude any person from the Promotional Offer, if the Participant is found indulging in any malpractices such as misconduct, cheating, misrepresentation, and providing false information, then the entry of such Participant shall be disqualified from the Offer, and strict legal action may be taken by Continental against such Participant. Continental further has the right to withdraw the Participant’s participation in the Promotional Offer in the event Continental believes or has reasons to believe that the Participant is (i) legally disabled (ii) had or has a criminal record (iii) has been involved in any moral turpitude including but not limited to sexual harassment, fraud, etc.
iii. Continental /Agency reserves the right to terminate, modify, alter, or extend the Offer, at any time without prior notice and at their absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. Participants shall be solely responsible for reviewing these T&Cs periodically for any updates
iv. The Participant shall be responsible and liable to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Continental and its employees against any claims, loss, injury, or damages arising due to any misconduct, violation, or misrepresentation by the Participant and against any incomplete information provided by the Participant. Submitting an entry in the Promotional Offer shall be deemed as acceptance of these T&Cs and it shall be deemed that due notice of the terms contained under these T&Cs has been provided to the Participant
v. By entering in the Promotional Offer and accepting the reward or the prize, the Participants and the winners, respectively, stand to waive all such rights inherent and otherwise under copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights. The Participant, upon participation in the Offer, willingly and of their own volition, consent to Continental unfettered right to audio graph, videography, picture, tape, or portray him/her as a Participant/winner and to reproduce or exhibit his/her entry and any such material in any and all media, formats, and/or mediums now existing or hereinafter created, including (without limitation) television, film, radio, internet, and print media without any compensation whatsoever for such advertising and publicity for perpetuity, except where prohibited by law.
vi. If this Promotional Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Continental and/or its Agency, including but not limited to, technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Continental / Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer.
vii. Rights to use data –
a. By participating in the Promotional Offer, any personal information/data collected by Continental, the Participant hereby grants Continental to use, process, retain and monetize such entry for any purposes including commercial and marketing purposes. The participant acknowledges that by making a submission, the participant is expressly granting Continental all required and necessary rights to use any and all information provided as a part of the entry, in any manner as required by Continental, including sharing all the information provided with third parties. The participant hereby waives any and all rights and undertakes that he/she shall not object to Continental use of the submission in any manner whatsoever. The participant grants an irrevocable right to use the attributes of the participant as deemed fit by Continental in relation to the Offer.
b. The Participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read the T&Cs and shall be bound to those terms in particular those relating to the collection, retention, use and sharing of personal data.
c. The Participant confirms that Continental / Agency will collect their data and that the Participant has no objection in collecting or processing of their data as per the requirement of the Promotional Offer.
d. The Participant’s personal data collected by Continental associates/partners or affiliates shall be passed to Continental. The personal data shall be administered and treated under Continental privacy and data collection guidelines. Such data collected and retained may be used by Continental and/or its related associates/partners/ affiliates for marketing, internal study, and data analysis purposes and or other purposes as per the privacy policy.
e. Continental and the Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
· For any SPAM generated messages
· For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user's mobile phones
· For any SMS message delivery failures
· Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
· If the Participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the Participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
· Other conditions beyond its reasonable control
28. Force Majeure
Continental or its Agency shall not be liable to fulfil any of their respective obligations under the Program or regarding the prize if they are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergencies, riots, strikes or political unrest or any other conditions classified as Force Majeure. In such cases, they shall not be liable to compensate the Participant.
