コンチネンタルタイヤ・ジャパン株式会社およびMLB関連団体は、本キャンペーンに関連してお客様に生じたいかなる損害についても、当社の故意または過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負わないものとします。
 また、当社が負う損害賠償責任は、当社に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、お客様に直接かつ現実に発生した通常損害に限られるものとします。

MLB関連団体（以下に定義）の従業員、役員、取締役、およびその近親者（配偶者、親、子、兄弟姉妹、それぞれの配偶者。居住地は問いません）および同一世帯の構成員（血縁関係の有無を問いません）は、本キャンペーンに参加できません。

「MLB関連団体」とは、野球コミッショナー事務局（以下「BOC」）、その事務局、委員会、小委員会および評議会、MLB Advanced Media,L.P.（以下「MLB」）、メジャーリーグ・ベースボール・プロパティーズ社、MLBネットワーク,LLC、メジャーリーグ・ベースボール球団（以下「球団」）、それぞれの親会社、子会社、関連会社および関連団体、現在または将来において球団またはBOCを支配する、球団またはBOCによって支配される、または球団またはBOCと共同支配下にあるあらゆる団体、ならびに上記団体の所有者、無限責任社員および有限責任社員、株主、取締役、役員、従業員および代理人を意味します。

 

MLB観戦チケットに関する注意事項：
 メジャーリーグベースボールの試合・イベント・エキシビションのチケットの使用は、当該チケットに適用される通常の利用規約、条件、および健康・安全方針に従うものとします。詳細は https://www.mlb.com/world-baseball-classic/tickets/termsをご参照ください。
 試合・イベント・エキシビションにおける座席位置および（該当する賞品説明に別途記載がない限り）正確な試合・イベント・エキシビションの日程は、当社の単独の裁量により決定されます。
 各当選者の同伴者は、居住する法域における成年年齢に達している者でなければならず、未成年者の場合は親または法定後見人の同伴が必要となります。
 メジャーリーグベースボールの試合・イベント・エキシビションの日時は、BOCおよび／または該当するクラブの単独の裁量により決定され、変更される場合があります。
 天候、天災、テロ行為、内乱、その他いかなる理由により、メジャーリーグベースボールにより定義される正式な試合・イベント・エキシビションが開催されなかった場合には、賞品として提供されるチケットに付随する利用規約および条件が適用されるものとします。
 各当選者および同伴者は、賞品に関連して、すべての球場および会場の規則を遵守することに同意するものとします。
 当社およびMLB関連団体（以下に定義）は、スポーツマンシップに反する行為、秩序を乱す行為、または他者に対する嫌がらせ、脅迫、虐待を目的とした行為を行った当選者または同伴者について、入場の拒否または退場を命じる権利を有します。
 当社およびMLB関連団体は、天候、天災、テロ行為、内乱、地方・州・連邦政府による規制・命令・方針、労働争議、感染症・パンデミックその他の公衆衛生・安全に関する問題、またはその管理下にない事由により試合・イベント・エキシビションが中止または延期された場合について、一切責任を負いません。
 賞品として提供されるMLB観戦チケットは、転売、転売目的での提供、または商業目的・販促目的での使用を一切禁止します。これらに該当する行為が確認された場合、当選資格の取消しおよび賞品没収、ならびにチケットにより付与された使用許諾の無効化が行われる場合があります。

各参加者は、本キャンペーンへの参加、賞品の受領または使用（その一部を含む）、もしくはそれらに関連する移動や活動に起因して、直接的または間接的に生じた一切の傷害、損害または損失について、MLB関連団体に対するすべての請求権を放棄するものとします。

本キャンペーンは、MLB関連団体のいずれによっても主催、承認、運営、または関与されているものではありません。

Continental Tire Japan Co., Ltd. and the MLB Entities shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer in connection with this Campaign , except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Company. In addition, the Company's liability for damages is limited to ordinary damages that occur directly and actually to the customer, unless the Company is willful or grossly negligent.

Employees, officers, and directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related) of the MLB Entities (as defined below) are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

“MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

For MLB Tickets: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see  https://www.mlb.com/world-baseball-classic/tickets/terms for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the applicable prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of the  Company. Each winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. The Company and the MLB Entities (as defined below) reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or their guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. The Company and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

•        Each participant agrees to waive any and all claims against the MLB Entities for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the campaign, receipt or use of any prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto.
