TCP REFERRAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This TCP Referral Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.: 196101000253/4296-K) (“Continental”). Under this Campaign, eligible participant may enjoy rewards by referring an individual to register the warranty for the purchase of selected tyres using a unique referral code in the Application, subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

By participating in this Campaign, participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions.

1.          DEFINITIONS

 

(a)        “Application” means to Continental Total Confidence Plan/ Conti TCP application.

(b)        “Eligible Tyre(s)” means the tyres of 15” rim size and above, bearing the brand of “Continental” or “General Tire”.

 

2.       CAMPAIGN PERIOD

This Campaign shall commence from 15 June 2026 to 15 August 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

3.       ELIGIBILITY

(a)      The Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia residing in Malaysia and aged 18 or above (“Eligible Participant”) that purchase minimum of two (2) pieces of Eligible Tyres through authorized channel for passenger car, SUV, MPV, or 4x4, in a single official printed receipt, except for:

(i)          Sales personnel of Continental;  

(ii)         Corporate customer of Continental (dealers, fleets, OEM customers, their employees/immediate family members, and/or other commercial entities and/or returned merchandise); and

(iii)       Purchasers of commercial transport tyres such as trucks, buses or vans.

 

(b)        All purchases of Eligible Tyres and its warranty registration must be completed within the Campaign Period. Late registrations will not be accepted.

4.       CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

(a)      Referrer Qualification

(i)          Eligible Participant who successfully registered the warranty of Eligible Tyres in the Application during the Campaign Period, will receive a unique referral code via the Application (“Referrer”).

(ii)         For avoidance of doubt, each Referrer will only be eligible to receive one (1) unique referral code that valid for one (1) successful referral only, and the unique referral code will be activated for the purpose of referral after twelve (12) hours from the Referrer’s successful warranty registration (“Valid Unique Referral Code”).  Any referral attempt made before activation shall be deemed invalid.

 

(b)     Referral Process

(i)          The Referrer may share the Valid Unique Referral Code with another register user who has not been referred by another Referrer during the Campaign Period (“Referred User”).

(ii)         The Referred User registers warranty for the purchased Eligible Tyres in the Application using the Valid Unique Referral Code. Upon such successful registration, both the Referrer and Referred User will be entitled for one (1) entry into the Campaign.

(iii)       Upon successful verification and validation (“Successful Referral”) by Continental, the Referrer and the Referred User will be eligible for the reward entitlement under this Campaign, subject to this Terms and Conditions. For avoidance of doubt, the verification process for each entry will take up to seven (7) working days.

 

(c)         Reward Entitlement

(i)          Subject to availability, the Referrer and Referred User will be entitled for the following reward within fourteen (14) working days from the Successful Referral, based on quantity of Eligible Tyres purchased by the Referred User:

·            Purchase of at least two (2) pieces of Eligible Tyres will be entitled to RM20.00 TNG eWallet voucher; or

·            Purchase of at least four (4) pieces of Eligible Tyres will be entitled to RM40.00 TNG eWallet voucher.

(ii)         The maximum total reward value per Successful Referral is RM80.00.

(iii)       The reward will be provided to Referrer and Referred User within fourteen (14) working days from the Successful Referral.

5.       REWARD CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS

(a)        Each Referrer is limited to one (1) Successful Referral under this Campaign.

(b)        Each unique referral code shall be used once only.

(c)         Each Referred User can be referred only once.

(d)        Continental, may at its sole discretion, disqualify any entry to the Campaign, without assigning any reason.

(e)        The reward entitlement under the Campaign is subject to availability, and rewards will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis, while voucher stocks last. Continental shall not be liable in the event the rewards are fully redeemed. No compensation or replacement of rewards will be provided.

(f)         Entry to the Campaign does not guarantee reward entitlement. Rewards are subject to successful verification and availability.

(g)        Both Referrer and Referred User are responsible for ensuring that all the required details are provided, correct, and accurate. Continental has the right to reject redemption due to incomplete, inaccurate, and/or wrong information, duplicate redemption, and/or damaged, torn, unclear copy of the official printed receipt or depleted stocks.

(h)        Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

(i)          Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Campaign mechanics is strictly prohibited and will be disqualified from the entry to this Campaign. An individual shall not use the unique referral code to create secondary accounts for the purpose of self-referral under this Campaign.

(j)          Applicable taxes (if any) arising from the rewards entitlement shall be borne by the Referrer and Referred User.

6.       GENERAL

(a)        The Eligible Participant is hereby notified that the personal data provided to Continental will be processed by Continental pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Continental will process the personal data, including any additional information the Eligible Participant may subsequently provide to Continental, for the purposes of contacting or communicating with the Participant, marketing purpose, to respond to the Eligible Participant’s submissions, requests, inquiries or complaints, to request feedback from the Eligible Participant, administer the Eligible Participant’s participation in the Campaign, conduct internal activities, market surveys and trend analysis, and other legitimate business activities of Continental (“Purposes”). It is necessary that the Eligible Participant supplies Continental the personal details as required under the Campaign and by providing the personal data to Continental, it shall be deemed that the Participant consents to the processing of the personal data for the Purposes. (b)        Each entry to the Campaign shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions including any amendments or variations to it and unequivocally accept the same in their entirety.

(c)         This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

(d)        Continental shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation in this Campaign, including but not limited to technical failures, delays, or inaccuracies in submission or processing.

(e)        Continental reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate part or the whole of this Campaign at any time without prior notice to the participant.
