Emergency Roadside Assistance

TrukFix is Continental's emergency roadside assistance program available to National Account customers within the USA and Canada. TrukFix can accommodate your fleet's emergency breakdown requirements for tires and tire related services. We know that once a driver is on the road, time is of the essence. If you suffer a tire-related breakdown, no matter where you are, our trained dispatchers will get you back on the road with minimum downtime and maximum convenience.

Call our emergency hotline 1-877-TRUKFIX to trigger our North American network of service providers who stock Continental and General Tire products.

Anytime Availability

Service for tires is available 24 hours, 7 days a week in the USA and Canada. No question. Just call the hotline or use the 360° Smart App to request service at your desired location and we take it from there. You can either request full service or simply get help locating your nearest dealer.

Quick, Professional Service

Continental partners with one of the leading call centers in the industry to fulfill requests through our TrukFix program. We verify each point of service to ensure they have our tire products stocked and can provide the repairs you need on an emergency basis. Our professionally-trained dispatchers stay in constant contact until the vehicle is back on the road. We communicate status updates quicker than ever before. Every call is monitored and a final follow-up call is made the next day to ensure satisfaction.

Membership Fees

The membership fee will be $15 if the case is called in through the hotline, or $7 if the case is entered using the 360° Smart Web App for TrukFix.

  • Receive fleet service requirements. Get requirements directly in the app, as the TrukFix dispatcher assists with collecting the required information and documentation.
  • Submit status updates with one click. No need to stay on the phone. The fleet dispatcher, TrukFix dispatcher, and driver will all see your status in real time. Let them know “I’m on scene” and everyone is notified instantly.
