Conditions of participation for the competition [NAME WINNING GAME]
1. Organizer

All questions, comments or complaints relating to the sweepstake / competition should be addressed to the above address.
2. Participation conditions
2.1 Participation in the competition is performed by a one-time registration, filling out the registration form and answering the competition question by DD.MM.YYYY. Participation is free of charge.
2.2 All persons who are at least 18 years old and have their residence in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Participants must provide their civil first and surname as well as their e-mail address upon registration. Participation under a false name or in the name of another person is not permitted. Multiple participation in the competition (even under different names) is not possible.
2.3 Employees of Continental or an employee of Continental affiliate within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. German Stock Corporation Act and their relatives as well as other persons involved in the design and implementation of this competition are excluded from participation.
3. Duration and prize(s) of competition
3.1 Participation in the competition is possible within a period which starts on DD.MM.YYYY, 0:00 o’clock and ends on DD.MM.YYYY at 24:00 o’clock.
3.2 The winners will be determined after the closing date, using a random draw conducted by Continental among all registered participants.
3.3 The following prize(s) will be raffled among all participants:

Exchange, transfer or cash payment of the prize is excluded.
3.4 The winner is solely responsible for any taxation of the prize.
3.5 Continental reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely or extend it in time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular, if a proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case the participants are not entitled to any claims against Continental.
4. Notification of the winner(s)
4.1 The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail shortly after the competition. In connection with the competition, Continental is entitled to transmit the winners' data to cooperation partners [PARTNERS LEGAL ENTITY] in order to enable notification and delivery of the prize.
4.2 If the winner does not contact Continental or the respective cooperation partner within [X] weeks of being notified of the prize, the claim to the prize will lapse without compensation. If the prize cannot be delivered within [X] months following notification of the prize for reasons for which the winner is responsible, the claim to the prize will also lapse without compensation.
5. Exclusion from participation
Continental reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude individual persons from participation in the competition, to confiscate and reclaim prizes if there is reasonable suspicion of misstatements, manipulation, violation of these conditions of participation or other unauthorized actions.
6. Disclaimer of liability
The participant hereby acknowledges that Continental do not guarantee or warrants the availability of the websites through which the participation in the competition takes place or the content posted on them. Continental reserves the right to restrict the availability of these websites (even without prior notice) or to restrict access to them in whole or in part. Continental is not liable for the insolvency of the cooperation partners and the resulting consequences for the performance of the competition and the processing of the prize. Continental, its organs, employees or vicarious agents shall not be liable for any damage that may arise as a result of errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment or a service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way in connection with participation in the competition, unless such damage is caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of Continental. This exclusion of liability does not apply to injuries to body, life and health.
7 . Consent
7.1 By registering, the participant expressly agrees that Continental may store his or her personal data for the duration of the competition [and, if necessary, transmit it to the [PARTNERS LEGAL ENTITY], who may also store the personal data for the duration of the competition], insofar as such storage and transmission is necessary for the execution of the competition. After the end of the competition, data will be deleted in accordance with the legal regulations. The information provided in this competition will be used only for the purpose of processing the competition, unless expressly confirmed otherwise by the participant, and will not be passed on to third parties without the express permission of the participant.
7.2 The participant is free to revoke his/her consent to the processing of data and thus to withdraw from participation in the competition at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing or by e-mail to the following address:

After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
8. Publication
8.1 In the event of a win, the participant agrees to the publication of his/her name and place of residence on the Continental website and in the advertising-media used by Continental [name specified ADVERTISING-MEDIA conclusively].
8.2 The participant is free at any time to revoke the consent to the publication and thus to withdraw from participation in the competition. The revocation should be sent in writing or by e-mail to the following address:

In this case point 4.2 of these conditions of participation shall apply.
9. Additional
9.1 Legal recourse is excluded.
9.2 These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Continental are subject exclusively to the law of [Germany or country of competition].
9.3 Should a provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision in economic terms shall apply. The same applies in the event that these conditions of participation contain an unintentional gap of regulation.
9.4 Place of performance and jurisdiction is [Germany or country of competition], insofar as an agreement on this is permissible. If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or moves his or her place of residence abroad after participation, the registered office of Continental is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
