We can't wait to see you running! #griptogether

You might wonder what tyres and shoe soles have in common?
At first glance, running can seem like a pretty solitary thing. It’s between you, your motivation and your willingness to get out there and break a sweat. But running doesn’t have to be a ‘me, myself and I’ thing. And it can actually be so much better when it isn’t.
Having someone by your side can push you to go faster. Having a crowd to cheer you on can make you go farther. And having the right support can transform a simple sport into a full-blown way of life; it can make running so much better.

Both ensure safe contact with the ground, no matter how you’re moving forward! Just like our tyres, Continental rubber soles are the result of our German engineering expertise. Since the start of our partnership in 2011, adidas has relied on our material expertise to keep their shoes grounded, no matter on which journey you take them. adidas shoes with Continental soles provide you with the grip you need to make every mile count in training and competition.

Show us: Who do you run with
- Is it the runner who arrives last for the meet?
- The one who sets trends like they're in fashion week?
- The runner who makes you laugh every kilometer?
- The one who takes you left instead of right?
- The one who pushes you to your personal best?
- Or the runner who dances while waiting at the traffic lights?
