Tour de France 2025

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company Continental Rengas Oy, Commerce Division – Hevosenkenkä 3 02600 Espoo Suomi/Finland organizing a no-purchase-necessary contest on the Website® from May 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM to June 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, titled "Tour de France 2025 Raffle" (hereinafter the "Game").

ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of the Game concept, these Rules, the processing of personal data for the Game's needs, and any decisions made by the Organizing Company regarding disputes related to the interpretation and/or application of the Rules.

Any participation that does not comply with these Rules will be void and will not entitle the participant to any prize.
Participants understand that chance plays a role and that participation does not guarantee a win.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is open to any natural person of legal age residing in Finland with Internet access and a valid email address, except:

·         Employees of the Continental group companies,

·         Anyone involved in the design, creation, or management of the Game,

·         Their household or family members (same address or relatives).

To participate, individuals must:

1.     Enter the website Continental Raffle Entry – Be a Winner at Every Stage

2.     Answer the question

3.     Enter their contact details

4.     Press the enter button

Only one entry per person (same name, surname, and email) will be accepted. Multiple entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

One (1) winner for the Finnish market will win 2 tickets to Paris. And will be drawn at random from valid entries.

ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES / AWARDING OF PRIZES

There will be 1 prize draws for ticket to Paris on June 14, 2025. 

Minimum age for guests: 18 years old

Typical event program (subject to change):

·         Welcome at the Continental Pavilion

·         Access to start village: food buffets, drinks, entertainment, former cycling champions & celebrities

·         Team paddock access (subject to ASO approval)

·         Signature podium access (subject to ASO approval)

·         Promotional caravan passage

·         Race start

Transportation, lodging, additional meals, or personal expenses are not covered.
Winners and guests must bring valid ID and the prize confirmation document. If unavailable on the specified date, no compensation will be offered.

ARTICLE 5 – WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY

Winners will be notified via email.
They must confirm acceptance and provide full contact info (name, birthdate, email, phone number) within 2 calendar days.
Failure to do so means forfeiting the prize, which may be reassigned.

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY

The Organizing Company disclaims responsibility for internet issues, third-party acts, technical problems, malicious activity, or force majeure that could affect the Game or prize delivery.
They are not liable for damages caused during prize use.

ARTICLE 7 – AUTHORIZATION

By participating, winners authorize the publication of their names, first names, and city.
They also authorize Continental to take and use photos/videos from the event for internal and external communication, free of charge, for 3 years. This includes possible editing and use on any medium (web, TV, print, social media, pr, electronic).

Participants acknowledge the risks associated with the internet, including unauthorized third-party reuse of images.

ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Game are protected by copyright. No reproduction is allowed.
Mentioned brands are property of their respective owners.

ARTICLE 9 – RULES FILING

These Rules are filed with Maître Thines, bailiff, Place de la Gare, Sarreguemines (57200).

ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA

1.     Data Processing
Only the necessary data is collected: Last name, surname, address, email, and phone number for winners and guests. Data is kept only as long as needed and may be shared with Continental group affiliates and service providers under strict conditions.

2.     Data Security
Continental takes technical and organizational steps to secure data. However, unencrypted data sent over the internet (e.g., via email) cannot be guaranteed secure.

3.     Participant Rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data. Contact:

ARTICLE 11 – GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES

These Rules are governed by Finnish law.

Any complaints must be sent to the Organizing Company within 30 calendar days of the Game’s end:

Unresolved disputes will be brought before the competent courts.
