We are developing sustainable solutions along the entire value chain of a tire. We pursue a holistic approach in order to make the material sourcing, production and use of our tires, as well as the retreading and recycling of end-of-life tires, as environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and carbon neutral as possible.
Continental is striving for 100 percent carbon neutrality along the entire value chain. To achieve this ambitious goal, we have set ourselves three milestones.
The sustainability activities of the Tires division are an important part of Continental AG's sustainability report. We participate in sustainability initiatives and are evaluated as a whole company by rating agencies, for example.
