Vilkår for kampagnen “Tour de France 2026 Raffle, 25 maj - 8 juni 2026” (herefter “Rules” i dette dokument).
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company CONTINENTAL Dæk Danmark A/S , Commerce Division – Banemarksvej 50 E 1.sal 2605 Brøndbyis Danmark (hereinafter the “Organizing Company”), is organizing a no-purchase-necessary contest on the Website® from May 25, 2026 to June 8, 2026, titled “Tour de France 2026 Raffle” (hereinafter the “Game”).

ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of the Game concept, these Rules, the processing of personal data for the Game’s needs, and any decisions made by the Organizing Company regarding disputes related to the interpretation and/or application of the Rules.
Any participation that does not comply with these Rules will be void and will not entitle the participant to any prize.
Participants understand that chance plays a role and that participation does not guarantee a win.
ARTICLE 3 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Game is open to any natural person of legal age residing in Denmark, with Internet access and a valid email address, except:
- Employees of the Continental group companies
- Anyone involved in the design, creation, or management of the Game
- Their household or family members (same address or relatives)
To participate, individuals must:
- Enter the website: Continental Raffle Entry – Be a Winner at Every Stage
- Answer the competition question
- Enter their contact details
- Submit their entry
Only one entry per person (same name, surname, and email) will be accepted. Multiple entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES / AWARDING OF PRIZES
One (1) winner will receive:
- A trip for two (2) people to the Tour de France 2026 Final in Paris, France, from July 25–27, 2026.
The prize includes:
- Two (2) event tickets
- Hotel accommodation for two (2) nights
- Roundtrip transportation arranged by the Organizing Company
Minimum age for guests: 18 years old.
Typical event program (subject to change):
- Welcome at the Continental Pavilion
- Access to the start village including food, drinks and entertainment
- Promotional caravan passage
- Race start and race viewing
- Access to selected Tour de France activities subject to organizer approval
The prize does not include:
- Personal expenses
- Additional meals or beverages not specified
- Travel insurance
- Any expenses outside the stated program
Winners and guests must bring valid identification and the prize confirmation document. If unavailable on the specified dates, no compensation or alternative prize will be offered.
ARTICLE 5 – WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will be notified via email.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide requested contact information within two (2) calendar days of notification.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY
The Organizing Company disclaims responsibility for internet issues, technical problems, third-party actions, malicious activity, or force majeure events that could affect the Game or prize delivery.
The Organizing Company shall not be held liable for any damages or incidents occurring during the use of the prize.
ARTICLE 7 – AUTHORIZATION
By participating, the winner authorizes the Organizing Company to publish their first name, surname and city for communication purposes related to the Game.
Participants also authorize Continental to photograph and film the event and to use such material for internal and external communication purposes, free of charge, for a period of three (3) years across all media channels including web, print, TV and social media.
Participants acknowledge the risks associated with the internet and third-party reuse of images.
ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Game are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.
All trademarks mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA
1. Data Processing
Only data necessary for administering the Game will be collected, including:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary for the administration of the Game and may be shared with Continental group companies and trusted service providers where required.
2. Data Security
Continental takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. However, information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure.
3. Participant Rights
In accordance with GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of their personal data.

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES
These Rules are governed by Danish law.
Any complaints relating to the Game must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the Game to:

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the competent courts.
