The Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH processes your data within the scope of capturing customer feedback via surveys and process data to improve our product and service experience.

1.3 Processing of data and purpose of data processing
The Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH processes your personal data at various stages:
- Identify relevant customers from our customer database, e.g. CRM / revert to customers after interaction with us to be part of the survey
- Contact customers via e-mail with proposal to participate in the survey
- If customer agrees to participate, collect feedback and personal information. If customer denies, then delete all information relevant in the frame of the survey.
- Process the information and non-sensitive personal data collected (below) via survey, perform analysis and derive actionable outcomes to improve product and service experience.
- Customer details: name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth.
- Job related data: designation.
- Device identifier: device type, IP address.
- Geolocation coordinates (only during the time of responding to survey).
- Banking data: account owner name, IBAN, BIC

An automated decision in individual cases, including profiling, does not take place.

The legitimate interest of Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH lies in capture customer feedback via surveys and process data to improve our product and service experience. For that reason, we need to identify the relevant customers for the survey and contact them on inviting them to participate.

1.5 Voluntariness of consent
The declaration of your consent is voluntary. You can refuse it without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages because of it. Granting of consent has no positive or negative effects on your employment relationship.

Your consent is valid until you revoke it.
